Plastic process equipment
Filtration, suction, separation and dosing of process and aggressive liquids at industrial facilities.
Main equipment groups
Each group solves a separate process task: flow conditioning, liquid withdrawal, wastewater treatment or automated filling.
Axial strainers
They protect pipelines, pumps and valves against mechanical contamination by retaining particles in a removable strainer element.
Suction devices
Suction baskets and suction sets form a protected liquid withdrawal point and reduce the risk of large particles entering the pump.
Separators
Underground polyethylene units for separating mineral oils, sludge and suspended contaminants from wastewater.
Filling and dosing units
Equipment for the metered filling of aggressive liquids into containers, with mechanical volume adjustment and protection of the filling area.
Axial strainers and suction devices
Compact polymer assemblies that protect equipment and provide a stable withdrawal of the process medium.
Axial strainers
They are installed directly in the pipeline. The strainer element retains mechanical impurities and stays accessible for maintenance.
Suction baskets
They protect the suction line against large contaminants and help keep the liquid path clear.
Suction sets
Ready-made liquid withdrawal assemblies that combine the required connection and pump line protection elements.
Chemical resistance
Polymer materials reduce the risk of corrosion when handling active and process liquids.
Simple maintenance
The removable elements are accessible for inspection, cleaning and scheduled replacement.
Pump protection
Retaining contaminants upstream reduces the load on the working parts of the pump equipment.
Polyethylene mineral oil separators
An underground design with a settling chamber, a safety float and a coalescing filter.
Underground separation system
The separator is designed to separate sludge and mineral oils from wastewater. The coalescing filter merges fine oil particles into larger droplets, which then separate and rise to the surface.
Robust construction
The polyethylene body is designed for underground installation and withstands long-term operation.
Removable cartridge
The coalescing element can be removed for cleaning or replacement.
Automatic closing
The float mechanism closes the outlet when the maximum oil quantity is reached.
Fill level monitoring
An optional alarm helps to clean the separator in good time.
Low costs
The design simplifies installation, maintenance and cleaning of the internal volume.
Spill protection
The safety float prevents accumulated oil from leaving the separator.

Filling and dosing unit for aggressive liquids
Automated equipment for the metered filling of small containers with chemically active liquids.
Dosing and filling into containers
The liquid flows by gravity from the main tank into the filler vessel. The level is maintained by a float valve, and the dose volume is set by the position of the tube in the dosing vessel.
- Main material
- high molecular weight polypropylene
- Seal material
- EPDM, NBR or FPM
- Valve seat
- PTFE
- Filling area protection
- fan extraction of vapours
Liquid supply
The process medium flows into the filler tank by gravity.
Level control
The float valve stabilises the level in the main tank.
Dose formation
The dosing vessel is filled to the set volume.
Filling
The eccentric and the valve mechanism fill the container in position.
Diagrams, installation and construction

The diagram shows the full path of the wastewater through the underground separator: from the inlet and the settling of heavy impurities to coalescing oil separation, automatic closure of the outlet and control sampling.
- 1Wastewater inlet
- 2Treated water outlet
- 3Sludge separation chamber
- 4Collector for the separated mineral oil
- 5Automatic float closure
- 6Upper part of the cover
- 7Coarse and fine coalescing filter
- 8Sampling window
- 9Alarm system
The coalescing filter enlarges fine oil droplets, and the safety float closes the outlet when the limit level of oil products is reached.
Underground installation is carried out in a prepared excavation with a moist sand bed at least 20 cm thick. During backfilling the body is filled with water at the same time so that the load is distributed evenly.
- Access for inspection and emptying must be maintained.
- The wastewater must arrive by gravity.
- Pipes connected to the separator must not be fitted with water traps (siphons).
- The sampling window is installed downstream of the separator in the flow direction.
- Under roads carrying heavy traffic a reinforced concrete decompression slab is required.
- Where groundwater is present, the bed is made of concrete.
The КВ 14 layout diagram shows the liquid path from the tank to the dosing vessels and the containers, together with the carousel drive, the valve control mechanism and the extraction of vapours from the filling area.

The axial strainer separates mechanical contaminants from the flow and protects valves, instruments, regulators and pumps. The in-line movement of the medium reduces the hydraulic resistance, and the dismountable design simplifies cleaning of the screen insert.
- 1Insert with strainer screen
- 2Strainer body
- 3EPDM or FPM sealing O-ring
- 4Clamping nut
- 5Connection branch
- 6Flanged connection
Connection options: flange, G/M/NPT thread, welding or solvent cementing, and butt welding. Face-to-face dimensions are to EN 558-1.
The suction basket prevents contaminants from the tank entering the suction pipeline and protects the pump. The inlet slot width is 1–2 mm.
- 1Strainer basket
- 2Retaining nut
- 3Connection branch
- 4Flanged connection
Flanged, threaded, welded and cemented connections are available. The temperature range depends on the polymer material selected.
The suction set combines protection against contamination with a check valve function: it provides one-way movement of the medium, protects the pump against contamination and reduces the risk of dry running. Closing occurs at a pressure difference of about 0,2–0,5 bar.

- 2Check valve seat
- 3EPDM or FPM elastomer disc
- 4Movable closure member
- 5Retaining nut
- 6Connection branch
- 7Flanged connection
The inlet slot width is 1–2 mm. Flanged, threaded, welded, cemented and butt-welded connections are available.
