Two-piece ball valves
Two-piece threaded steel ball valves for reliable shut-off of liquid and gas flows in industrial, petrochemical and power generation systems.
A simple and reliable engineering solution
The two-piece body provides a compact envelope, easy installation and stable tightness. The stem follows the anti-blow design principle.
Anti-blow stem
The stem is fitted from inside the body. This prevents it from being blown out by the working pressure, even under emergency operating conditions.
Two-piece body
The body and the connecting piece form a compact assembly for threaded installation in the pipeline.
Quarter-turn operation
A 90° turn of the handle opens or closes the flow quickly and gives a clear indication of the closure member position.
Designs matched to the process medium
The valves are made from carbon and stainless steels. The specific material is chosen according to the medium, temperature, pressure and corrosion resistance requirements.
- Carbon steel: W.Nr. 1.0619 and W.Nr. 1.1151.
- Stainless steel: W.Nr. 1.4581, 1.4571, 1.4552, 1.4541, 1.4408 and 1.4301.
- Other materials are available on technical request.
PTFE-based seat and stem seals.
For PN 100 and PN 160, reinforced solutions with metal-backed PTFE are used.
FPM O-rings depending on the selected design.

Non-aggressive media
Water, process liquids, air and compatible gases.
Aggressive media
Used after verifying the compatibility of the materials and seals.
Industrial plants
Process lines, auxiliary systems and local assemblies.
Petrochemicals and power generation
Flow shut-off in systems with increased reliability requirements.
Pressure and temperature
The permissible working pressure depends on the body material, the design class, the nominal size and the temperature resistance of the seals.
PN 16, 25, 40 and 63 are used in standard industrial systems within the permissible temperature range.
PN 100, PN 160 and Class 150–1500 designs are selected individually according to the body and seal materials and the size.
The maximum working temperature of the standard solution is limited by the resistance of the seal and is up to 200 °C.
The operating point must lie within the permissible area of the chart, allowing a margin for pressure and temperature.
